What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
If your product has arrived damaged or defective you are eligible for a refund or exchange if you report said defect/damage within 14 days of receipt. Please send photos along with your complaint to email@example.com
ALL CUSTOM JEWELRY IS FINAL SALE.
ALL APPAREL AND SHOES ARE FINAL SALE. At this time, we do not accept returns for any reason (other than defective printing) because all apparel items are made-to-order. Each item goes through a rigorous quality assurance check before being sent out.
WE CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES. Please be sure to check our size guide before ordering or send us an email for questions.
If you received a defective/damaged item or incorrect item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact customer service FIRST by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org --- we will ask you to take a picture of what you have received for verification purposes. If we made the mistake, we will go ahead and send you your correct order. You do not have to send the wrong product back to us. You will be given store credits, equivalent to half the amount you paid, if we made a mistake and you declined our offer to send you the correct item.
Merchandise returned to our production facility without contacting customer service will not be processed correctly.
What is your refund policy?
Everything Brides Need gives refunds as store credit only.
Shipping fee (if applicable) is non-refundable and it will be deducted from the cost of refunded store credit, if you are eligible to receive such credits.
You can use your store credit to purchase any other item/s from our store. You will be given store credit in exchange for any item that is damaged or has missing parts upon delivery.
You will also be given store credit, equivalent to half the amount you paid, if we made a mistake and you declined our offer to send you the correct item.
However, we cannot process refunds as store credits for the following:
* Items purchased while on sale
* Gift cards
Thus making those items final sale.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
No. In order to get shipments out to you quickly, we immediately begin processing your order once received. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order. Please contact us at email@example.com for any questions regarding your order.
