NOTE:  Currently, Everything Brides Need only ships within the United States

Everything Brides Need has headquarters in Tampa, Florida. We ship the majority of our items facilities in America. Some of our other items featured on our site ship from factories in Hong Kong and China.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE standard shipping for all U.S orders $75+. Flat rate shipping is $4.95 for all domestic orders totaling less than $75.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Includes order verification, quality check and packaging. This usually takes 2–5 days -- not including weekends or holidays. 

Shipping time: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped. 

Domestic orders may be shopped from any of the following:  United States Postal Service, FedEx or UPS. The USPS delivers packages Monday through Saturday. After your order has been processed and has left the warehouse, items usually take between 7-14 business days to arrive at their destination but can take up to 3 weeks from time to time due to customs clearance delays. 

International shipping can take 7-21 business days to arrive at the destination.

DOMESTIC: If you haven't received your item after 30 days please contact us. All our orders come with tracking and we only work with trusted suppliers.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Please note: The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier and appropriate tracking number issued for the package.

I ordered multiple items but I have only received one/some of them. Why?

We do our best to reduce costs on your end so that you do not have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items! If you ordered multiple items from us, it is highly likely that the goods will be shipped in several packages.  Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive. The prices shown on the receipts received MAY be lower from what you have paid but please note that these prices do not include any TAXES & TARIFFS that may have been incurred.

What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS.

Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.

What if I am not at home for the delivery?

Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Usually the postal service will leave a collection slip if nobody is at home and you can then collect your package at the designated post office. 

Tracking says my package is delivered but I haven't received anything what should I do?

If your address is correct and your package says "delivered" but hasn't reached you please contact the United States Postal Service. Shipping costs are paid to USPS, and once the package has been handed off to them it is their job to get it to you.

Please review your shipping address when placing your order. We CANNOT refund orders that have been marked as delivered to the address that you have given us. Everything Brides Need is not responsible for any items lost or stolen in transit.
